RETURNS

Our pieces are not factory produced; they are handcrafted with care by individual artists and made with natural materials, one at a time.  The variations in shape, color, details or weight are what make each item unique and special.  There may be natural blemishes that should not be misconstrued as flaws.

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of the initial purchase.  Please contact us by email at customercare@gourmonde.com and include your original order number and reason for return.  Unfortunately items that have been used and show significant signs of wear cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

We ask that the return items be sent back to us unused and with all tags still attached. Please pack with care and see that the box is properly sealed.  You are welcome to use USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL for returns, if a tracking number is issued please notify us of the number.  Once the package has been delivered to us, we can complete the return.  Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return items and to process your request. 

We are not responsible for returned merchandise that has been improperly addressed or that does not arrive at our distribution center.

 

EXCHANGES

Naturally the exchange of items for a different size or color is based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. 

Shipping is complementary on the replacement item, but the initial goods must be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
